NurtureMind Psychiatry participates with select commercial behavioral health plans administered by Optum Behavioral Health / United Behavioral Health (UBH). Coverage varies by plan, so eligibility and in-network benefits are verified before scheduling.

Medicaid and HARP plans are not accepted. Self-pay is also available.

Complimentary 15-Minute Introductory Call

A brief phone call is available to discuss general practice fit, services, insurance or self-pay options, and next steps. This is not a psychiatric evaluation or treatment visit.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation — $350
Comprehensive intake, approximately 60 minutes.

Follow-Up Medication Management — $200
Medication-management follow-up.

Extended Follow-Up — $275
Approximately 45 minutes for more complex concerns and psychotherapy-informed care.

Good Faith Estimate:

Uninsured or self-pay patients may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the No Surprises Act.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments canceled with insufficient notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $75 fee.
