Insurance:

NurtureMind Psychiatry is currently in the process of insurance credentialing. At this time, services are available on a self-pay basis while insurance participation is being finalized.

The practice is exploring participation with select insurance plans. Updates will be posted once in-network status is confirmed.

Self-Pay Fees:

OFFERING a FREE 15-minute video or phone consultation.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $325 (comprehensive full intake ~60 minutes)

Follow-Up Medication Management Visit: $200 (medication management)

Extended Follow-Up / Psychotherapy-Informed Visit: $275 (~45 minutes complexity and new concerns)

Fees are discussed before scheduling so you can make an informed decision before your first visit.

Good Faith Estimate:

If you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care under the No Surprises Act.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments canceled with insufficient notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation/no-show fee. Please review office policies or contact the practice for full details before scheduling.
