The practice is currently in the process of insurance credentialing. Updates will be posted as they become available. At this time, services are offered on a self-pay basis while insurance participation is being finalized.

Self-Pay

Self-pay appointments are currently available for patients seeking psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy. Fees will be discussed prior to scheduling so you can make an informed decision before your first visit.

Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care under the No Surprises Act.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with insufficient notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review office policies or contact the practice for full details before scheduling.
