Robert Shimonov, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of NurtureMind Psychiatry, a virtual psychiatry practice serving adults throughout New York. He brings several years of experience in correctional mental health, including direct care of adults with complex psychiatric presentations, substance-use concerns, acute symptoms, and significant psychosocial stressors. His broader clinical background also includes outpatient telepsychiatry and high-acuity behavioral health care, giving him experience across both complex institutional settings and community-based virtual psychiatric care. NurtureMind Psychiatry is the public-facing DBA of Nurture Mind NP in Psychiatry, P.C.
